Our Jr. Camp Leader Program offers a genuine pathway into leadership and employment readiness — combining outdoor education, mentorship, and practical skill-building in communication, teamwork, and responsibility. Junior Leaders work alongside trained staff to support younger campers, building confidence and a lasting connection to nature and community.
